Our Registered Dietitians will teach you strategies from shopping to prep to cooking, helping you learn how to fit cooking healthfully into a busy lifestyle. Cooking your own food is a great way to maintain control over the ingredients in your food while still eating the foods you like.
This series of cooking demonstrations taught by our registered dietitians will teach you how to improve your eating habits in a healthy and tasty way that will help you achieve your best weight by creating a better plate! Reserve your spot now for our next class, held in our modern, video capable kitchen at the PinnacleHealth Weight Loss Center! There are two classes each night: 4:30-5:30 p.m. and 6:30-7:30 p.m.. Each class costs $20 per person.
